What kinds of foods?

“For those who know me, my heritage is Puerto Rican, Chinese and Cuban.
This means that my palette preferences and style of cooking incorporates flavors of these three cultures.
I am also mostly an organic vegetarian, therefore my cooking also reflects that.
I can include meats for the people that enjoy them.

I also cook for performance and energy output.
Based in yogic principles, the foods that I provide for everyone are geared towards not only being nutritious, but also empowers the body to generate energy efficiently.
Try it for 1 week, and you will see that you will feel more energetic, and a lot less lethargic.

These are foods for the high performers that want to achieve high output in their careers.”

Examples?

“For lunch, we can have Jasmine Coconut White Rice, with Cuban-Asian black beans with shiitake mushrooms to give it an umami flavor, and some fried plantain tostones. This will be served in stainless steel plates and cups to avoid polluting the body.
For dinner we might have a nice Vegetable Tomato soup with some Sourdough Bread to pair.”
